For Floarea Grande, a master plan by Mashriq Elite Developments has been undertaken with the objective of offering both elegance with pragmatic features. Design facilitates making a well-organized and balanced relation between residential parts and leisure zones in the development. The gatehouse designed uniquely, features a waterfall that leads into the development making the whole environment feel more luxurious.
