Nad Al Hamar is a residential and industrial community located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is partly an industrial area, with most of the commercial and industrial properties located in the low-lying area. Apartments are found in groups on the main street. The villas are located inside the community, offer more privacy and security. The area has many green spaces along the roadsides, with community parks and villas often having a private garden.It is an area known for its villa communities. Currently, the available residential apartments are dominated by 1-bed and 2-bed and 3-bed apartments. It has a range of shopping, dining and services within the community. The locality has temples, churches, mosques, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, schools, colleges, hospitals, beaches, etc nearby.
It is bounded to the north by Rebat Street which attaches the city to the western area of Deira. It is bounded south through Ras Al Khor Road which connects it to Downtown Dubai, the city's most famous industrial hub. The west of the community is bordered to the west by the landscaped Nad Al Hamar Road is used by travelers to reach the airport. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road runs along the eastern border of Nad Al Hamari.
