Al Wasl is a residential neighborhood and is bordered by Al Satwa to the east, Al Safa to the west, Jumeirah to the north and Business Bay to the south. It is a mix of spacious villas, beautiful-rise apartments and stylish mid-rise flats. The wide selection of facilities, entertainment, shopping malls, schools, clinics and other facilities make the sub-community a great choice for both expatriates and locals living in a quiet but central part of the city.
It is the oldest neighborhood in Dubai and is popular for its independent villas and villa compounds. The Villa Compound consists of four residential villas, each with a built-up area of 3,500 square feet. The pet-friendly complex offers access to a communal garden and swimming pool. Communal facilities include a clubhouse with separate gyms for men and women, access to squash courts, tennis courts, a pool and play areas for children.
For public transport, the nearest metro stations are Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station. While these metro stations are a 7-10 minute walk away, several bus routes also connect residents to the city's popular hotspots. Taxi hailing is fairly easy and most major taxi apps have no trouble locating the area.
