Al Sufouh First encircles Umm Suqeem Street D-63 and Al Sufouh Road D-94, extending towards Madinat Jumeirah. It is a vibrant neighborhood as it is part of a thriving community that serves as both a residential and commercial hub.
It is adjacent to the beach activities hub, Palm Jumeirah and major commercial districts Dubai Marina and Dubai Media City. It is easy to explore due to its presence among several sites such as Wild Wadi Waterpark, Ski Dubai Site, Mall of the Emirates and Antique Museum. In addition, the area has a bountiful nightlife scene with beach resorts, bars, and clubs, including Bubbles Lounge Bar and Hungry Monkey Pub. Apart from the beach and relaxing in the serene environment, one can watch a movie or two at Mall of the Emirates. It consists of many amenities, churches mosques, shopping, dining and nightlife activities and notable landmarks, schools, health care, etc.
The biggest attraction is the immaculate sandy beach, which is spread over a significant area. However, because it is a more quiet and scenic spot to sit and relax for hours, it is less crowded than other commercial areas and beach-view complexes of Dubai. The Jumeirah neighborhood has some upscale public beaches.The largest mode of transport near Al Sufouh 1 is the tramway, including the popular neighbouring Dubai Marina. The tram line stops along Al Sufouh Road and ends at Al Sufouh as well as Dubai Marina which operates 20 hours a day. Residents can board from any of the 11 nearby stations. Most importantly, the tram further connects to the Dubai Metro, which is one of the popular modes of transport in the city.
