Al Khabisi is a locality in Dubai, UAE. It is located in the area of Deira in East Dubai. The community is bordered by Hor Al Anz to the north, Dubai International Airport to the south, Al Muraqqabat to the west, and Al Twar to the east. It is a largely residential community. However, there are several corporations and automobile dealerships located in Al Khabisi along Al Ittihad Road. The area is also close to Hor Al Anz Bus Stand and New Medical Center.Al Khabisi is for its natural greenery and tranquil neighbourhoods. Amidst the less congested streets with stores and restaurants, there are residential properties for rent. The communities are away from the bustle and hustle of urban life and have a family-friendly atmosphere. Properties on offer include apartments and villas with a combination of low and mid-rise buildings and detached villas. The apartment units range from around 500 sq ft to 600 sq ft. Hazza bin Zayed Stadium is one of Al Ain's most famous landmarks.
